The service was great. Very dedicated and helpful service personnel. But I was shocked that not everyone was not wearing a face mask. Further more, a few of the ones that were wearing masks left their n personnel. But I was shocked that not everyone was not wearing a face mask. I am surprised that such a sophisticated dealership as this would be so inconsiderate for other peoples safety. More

The Service Department was excellent. It was very busy when I arrived at 10 AM on a Thursday morning, but I still did not have to wait at all as they had plenty of staff available for speedy service. They got my information, confirmed the services I needed done, and assigned me my loaner vehicle in just a matter of minutes. Shakshi did a great job of keeping me apprised of my vehicle’s status throughout the day and passed along good information regarding my vehicle and his recommendations for it. He was honest and professional and did not make me feel pressured whatsoever as his suggestions for additional service were basic maintenance issues based on mileage and age of my vehicle. I was able to pay remotely before pickup and they had my vehicle washed and ready to retrieve well before the end of the day. Overall great experience. More
