I experienced several issues with the service department and asked my service rep to have a manager call us. She said all of the managers were out sick and that they would call me when they were back. Upo and asked my service rep to have a manager call us. She said all of the managers were out sick and that they would call me when they were back. Upon picking up the car my husband spoke to a sales manager and explained the situation and was promised a call from the services manager. The sales manager went so far as to take a picture of my service paperwork. for a call from their service manager. It’s been 5 days and I have yet to be contacted. They were dishonest about several things, including needing tires that were replaced earlier this year with only 6,000 miles on them. They then proceeded to argue with me about the tires and that they could be worn out after only that many miles and I would need all 4 replaced. The service rep told me the tech showed her the gauge measurements and they had 4/12 ths tread left and need to be replacement. I again asked for clarification and she said she would have the shop foreman check. A few minutes later she called and said, the tire gauge was faulty and they don’t need to be replaced. The dealer had replaced the other two earlier this year. She lied about the price of wipers and installation costs and said the service would only take 2.5 hours so we grabbed a car and ran errands locally. After not responding to texts or answering our call, we had to route through their main number only to be told after 3 hours that they hadn’t started the maintenance yet. We drove 40 minutes home only to come back at 5 pm to a finished car. Our original appointment was at 930 am. I have done all service at dealership on this car up to this point. However, after this experience, I don’t trust that they are truthful about services needed. I will not be returning. I don’t even feel comfortable taking my vehicle there for my free lifetime oil changes in the future. More
I have been in the process of buying a used vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville and would like to share how my experience has been. Dec 5th: First Contact with Dealership, I explain that I am Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville and would like to share how my experience has been. Dec 5th: First Contact with Dealership, I explain that I am from out of state and am having a mechanic inspect the car on Friday, Dec 9th Dec 9th: Mechanic inspects the car, everything goes well Dec 10th: I begin the process to buy the car, I already have a loan from my own financial institution so I do not need financing from the dealership. Dec 12th: I am told over the phone by the salesman that the paperwork will be sent out today. It is not. Dec 13th: I am contacted by the Finance Manager and am told he will be sending out the paperwork that day. It is not sent. Dec 14th: Finance Manager calls me again and says I need to provide paystubs. He explains that although I already had a loan prepared, he ran my credit again (without informing me or asking for my permission) and “fat fingered an extra zero” in my salary so now my financial institution is blocking both loans. I provide the pay stubs anyways. Docs are STILL not sent out. Dec 15th: I get in contact with finance director, he explains that the paperwork was sent out “last night” and everything should be good to go. Dec 17th: I receive the paperwork, but it is dated for Tuesday Dec 13th? I sign and correct the dates. Along with the paperwork, I send a check for the remainder of the car that the loan does not cover. Dec 20th: Paperwork is delivered to Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville Dec 21st: I have to call dealership to receive an update, I am told by the salesman that the finance director said everything looks great and as soon as the check clears I can schedule the pickup on the car. Dec 22nd: The check clears, the dealership now has my money, the Sirius XM is activated on the car, I get a notice from the financial institution that my first loan payment is due on January 19th, 2023. I then receive a text message from the financial assistant that reads “we need to get a new contract signed… The first time (the dealership) signed the contract the itemization was mapped wrong.” Dec 27th: Still have not received the paperwork. I attempted to get in contact with both finance managers and the financial assistant, with no answer from any of them. The check has now cleared, the loan has been pushed through, and I still do not have a car in my name? I cannot recommend that anyone go to this dealership based on my experience. More
Bria was great to work with. She was very helpful and courteous. We have had no issues with this dealership but Bria was by far the most pleasant person we have worked with. In the following years I have had the AMG in for routine maintenance and have always found the whole service team to always be knowledgeable, courteous and professional. You should have seen the smile on my face when I picked it up today. It looks and drives just like the day I bought it. It is such a sweet ride! Thank you all at Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville. More
The management needs serious improvement and customer service skills . Accusing customers of being rude after customers are simply frustrated is mind blowing. service skills . Accusing customers of being rude after customers are simply frustrated is mind blowing. More
