Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, Oregon BUYER BEWARE of this dealership who flat out LIED, been DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, SHADY, & COMPLETELY DISREGARDING for CONSUMERS SAFETY! In my Situation, it appears tha this dealership who flat out LIED, been DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, SHADY, & COMPLETELY DISREGARDING for CONSUMERS SAFETY! In my Situation, it appears that all that was important to them was to get the check in hand, paperwork signed, & get the vehicle off the lot. I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, Oregon in the fall of 2023 & I wouldn’t even give them a ⭐️ rating. This was the most horrendous car buying experienced ever & I greatly appreciate all my luxury vehicles. I have always been bias/love Acura’s & have owned 7+ best purchase & service is the Acura of Beaverton & yes, I would even drive 2 hours just for an oil change because they’re honorable, phenomenal customer service, honest, transparent, helpful, and informative. Now I could go on and on and on, but let’s get back to this issue at hand… I wanted to purchase my first-ever Mercedes-Benz that was certified pre-owned & had no problem traveling to get the right one. I thought only searching the official website of Mercedes-Benz would ensure the most accurate, efficient, prestige, reliable, the best way to get a certified pre-owned vehicle. I automatically trusted this luxury dealership because of my experiences with multiple other luxury dealerships & expected nothing less than. I actually expected higher standards of Mercedes-Benz supposedly being the most luxurious of luxurious, but for me, this is the main chain of events that made this a completely horrible experience… 1st — Requested car fax but was given some other report… Thought that was a Mercedes-Benz thing. 2nd — During the test-drive I noticed the vehicle mileage was not a match to the report provided or the official website of Mercedes-Benz who advertised this vehicle matching VIN# as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Once I arrived back to the dealership, I immediately let them know the mileage wasn’t correct. I was told I didn’t know what I was looking at since I never owned one or driven one before & so I trusted that because I had never owned one. 3rd — After signing paperwork, was informed it wasn’t a certified vehicle, I must have been looking at a different vehicle on the website. Again trusted the dealership should know better, especially with me looking at so many, but they made the error once again 4th — Not even a half mile after I pulled away from the dealership I heard a loud noise, felt something, & in the mirror saw something in the road that clearly came off my vehicle because my lane was clear. I immediately pulled off into the emergency line, called the dealership, & requested it be inspected. I was truly concerned since my trip home was 131 miles/2.5 hours. First he said, “I’m sure you just hit something on the road, there is no reason to inspect the vehicle, just drive home, inspected & then let him know if anything I found”… REALLY, remember I never owned one. 5th — I realized I was correct on mileage & certified pre-owned. Verified VIN to official Mercedes-Benz website. Immediately contacted the dealership… I was told that’s great news, no new paperwork was needed to correct mileage. The certified pre-owned is attached to the VIN. I brought up that reporting wrong/incorrect/inaccurate mileage is considered fraud & power of attorney paperwork doesn’t cover that type of error… The dealership ignored me, did nothing, and chose to file paperwork that clearly fraudulent at that point. 6th — Took my car into a different Mercedes-Benz Dealership because, of course, I would rather not do business with this place again & was informed this vehicle isn’t certified, contact the original purchasing dealership because it was their error, and isn’t attached to VIN # like the dealership said. That was a flat out LIE, DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, & SHADY! 7th — Most socking is major mechanical problems. Any other honest dealership that cared for their customers, & took pride in vehicles they sold/trade-in would have sent it to auction. More

My thoughts were swirling with unfounded yet unavoidable skepticism as I stood in line in the service department waiting my turn. I was thinking "how much is this going to cost me and are they really going to be honest in what they tell me..." How pleasant it was for my turn to discuss my car service to be with Joe! His friendly demeanor, great listening skills and candid honesty on what he thought I should do quickly erased my concerns. He walked me through each step of what the job entailed and explained everything along the way. I have now had multiple opportunities to work with Joe and every one of those encounters were exactly like the first...excellent! My overall experience in every area of the dealership has equally been great as well. For service however, I recommend you ask for Joe and I think you'll feel the same way as me. My Mercedes S-class is a loved (and expensive) indulgent pleasure for me. I'm happy I have a partner in keeping her running in tip top condition! More
I Honestly wouldn't even gone it 1 Star. I have never been treated so bad in my life. The general manager is terrible. This has been the worst place I’ve ever felt with. When I first got the car there was a major engine problem and they had my car for the first 2 months of my lease. After they fixed it everything was fine from there. Fast forward to turning I. The lease I’m told I can only return it to them which is over and hour from where I live so I make the trip out there. An employee has us sign only one form as he is hovering over me and I ask if that’s all I need to sign, I’m told yes everything is good. I go about my day and over an hour later I receive a call stating there is more I need to sign. After the inconvenience I head back sign the forms but have had not further communication even though I’m actively emailing them to get information I get no response. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them and I will do whatever I can to discourage anyone from buying from them. Absolutely the worst company to buy from. More

Well truth be told…from my first telephone outreach when I spoke to a salesperson (James Westfall) who nailed it! He is the reason I decided to shop at MB of Wilsonville rather than another MB dealership much closer to my home. Needless to say, it was well worth the drive. More
