Knowing I would have to wait over three hours at the dealership, he arranged for a courtesy loaner, allowing me to carry on with my day without any inconvenience. 5 stars overall. Good and friendly service. However, in the past I have received a loaner car when dropping off my sprinter van. This time a got what is essentially a Good and friendly service. So, not super stoked about that, considering I dropped 2 GR and likely for another 2 GR in work coming up soon. So, no nice loaner if you bring a van in? More
Getting information for a gap policy took a long time as I had to leave messages and Brian R seemed to be my contact, but then someone else seemed to be the head of the department. Brian was out a lot and u I had to leave messages and Brian R seemed to be my contact, but then someone else seemed to be the head of the department. Brian was out a lot and unavailable. Consequently, to get all information to the gap company, it took months and now, 3 payments later, after another driver wrecked the car, apparently 3 months of car payments are due since the wreck even as the other party has paid. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Advocacy division of Oregon. More
