Prompt services in the service dept. As for the loaner dept! I got a loaner car, it definitely could use a wipe down inside of car and between people using it. I guess Mercedes loaner representative does not know that COVID 19 is still going around. I had to be somewhere or else I wld of rejected the loaner car.. When I returned the car I thought the rep. Would asked me how the car rode ect... nothing. She said thank you so I did not bother. I think twice of getting a loaner. More
