Tony was excellent. He was efficient, extremely kind and very knowledgeable. We were traveling from our of town and when we called the dealership we were connected with Tony and he walked us through everyth very knowledgeable. While our car was there, the claims adjuster took a little longer than expected to come out to assess the vehicle, but Tony kept us updated along the way. We did not have to call him, he called us.
