Horrible experience with sales associate EJ. I drove into the parking lot in an older model Mercedes and was considering a new one. From the moment the associate approached he was rude and dismissive an into the parking lot in an older model Mercedes and was considering a new one. From the moment the associate approached he was rude and dismissive and told me I’d never get a new Mercedes for months due to backlogs and pandemic delays. Everything was sold. I asked if he had any cars inside I could sit in and was told no. Two minutes after pulling into your lot I drove away very discouraged and disheartened. So much for being part of the Mercedes “family”. I traded my Mercedes Benz for a brand new Lincoln. They wanted my business. More
