After waiting for over 2 hrs in the sitting area.Carol still did not come to tell me what going on with my vehicle. I went back to her area 2 twice before I got to speak with her. I had to go see her. She still did not come to tell me what going on with my vehicle. I went back to her area 2 twice before I got to speak with her. I had to go see her. She is not pleasant and did not consider that my time is valuable also. My paperwork was sitting on her desk for almost a hr before I actually was able talk with her. I was info my another service rep the my info is sitting on her desk. She would not explain why she changed the original charges on my workout sheet. I ask her to explain and she said I can go somewhere else inf I don’t like it. I am very disappointed. How do your expect one to pay for service by tripling price and no explanation of such charges. I would not recommend her and prefer another service rep. I had an appointment and should not have to wait almost 3 hrs before a rep come and inform me. In this case I had to follow up with her since she was to busy to come talk with me. I’m asking her questions regarding my vehicle report and she asking me personal questions not related to service not be professional at all. Great dealership but this is the worst rep experience. I would not prefer this rep again.,Customer Service is a must and should be 190%. I never wrote a bad review for MaB before More
