I purchased my 07 C class from a relative. He has had 2 other Mercedes that he also purchased from this dealership. From the beginning I was put in touch with Carol. She has been nothing but helpful and professional with a sense of humor. The scheduling and service has been great. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is during the last visit I asked about the lugg nuts for the donut. When the tech went in my trunk, whatever he did he didn't make sure the trunk cover was closed completely flat as I know it was and has been since I've owned the car. There are things in my trunk but nothing that would've prevented him from put it flush flat like it was. I definitely would/will recommend Mercedes Benz of Wilmington. Myself, my cousin and a friend of over 15 years all are satisfied customers. More
Generally, I believe your service prices are exorbitant. I got a simple oil and filter change, with an appointment. Still took about an hour and half. Original price $129.95. Wow! A really great and competent dealer service facility, with pleasant people and a great loaner car program. Tony is spectacular. Very accommodating. Did not fix the issues. Brand New GLS and already having problems with rear suspension squeaky noise. I brought twice to the service department but problems still not fix. While the maintenance service was good, I was disappointed to observe at least two sales people walking through the area with their mask down . Would give five stars except for 2 things (1) Tire air pressure apparently was not checked. I meant to mention the pressure was low when I brought the car in but forgot to.
