I purchased my 07 C class from a relative. He has had 2 other Mercedes that he also purchased from this dealership. From the beginning I was put in touch with Carol. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is during the last visit I asked about the lugg nuts for the donut. When the tech went in my trunk, whatever he did he didn't make sure the trunk cover was closed completely flat as I know it was and has been since I've owned the car. There are things in my trunk but nothing that would've prevented him from put it flush flat like it was. I definitely would/will recommend Mercedes Benz of Wilmington. Myself, my cousin and a friend of over 15 years all are satisfied customers. More

While the maintenance service was good, I was disappointed to observe at least two sales people walking through the area with their mask down .
