Sir, it is unfortunate that you had issues with your new Mercedes Benz Metris vehicle; however, the manufacturer suggests the usage of 91 Octane fuel for clean burning of your engine and for proper exhaust system function. Due to the usage of less than the recommended fuel, you experienced some issues. These issues where all taken care of by the manufacturer. The most unfortunate part was that due to issues in the world in general, there was a delay in parts delivery. How do I determine what is correct to satisfy you as a client?
