I initially had some cust service issues with MB of Wilmington, however when I addressed my concerns with management they were taken seriously and not dismissed. Both Pat, the GM and Leo the SM as wel Wilmington, however when I addressed my concerns with management they were taken seriously and not dismissed. Both Pat, the GM and Leo the SM as well as Derek, Asst GM, went above and beyond to address my concerns, ensure that my vehicle was not left with any service deficiencies so that I could feel both safe, satisfied and valued. I appreciated the the level of communication and respect that I received. Customer service is so important to me. It’s just as important as the actual servicing of my vehicle, and actually adds value to the service I receive. While nothing in life is perfect, I can honestly say that MB of Wilmington is as close to perfect, in terms of vehicle and customer service that one could expect from a dealer. I highly recommend MB of Wilmington, without reservation, for MB vehicle maintenance and repairs. More

Great service by Fred Boyce and his team. They were very courteous and professional. They did a good job on the service provided. The rest people in sales was unfriendly and rude ( the receptionist in the l courteous and professional. They did a good job on the service provided. I have the worst experience ever with this dealership I bought a brand new 2020 Mercedes metris with 0 miles and after one month straight my car it had a problem with the fuel injection in cylinder one and bought a brand new 2020 Mercedes metris with 0 miles and after one month straight my car it had a problem with the fuel injection in cylinder one and three and I took the car back to the dealership and they was supposed to fix it in two days because it’s my work car but it took them over a week and every time I call to check on the status of the car they keep saying we don’t have the parts to it and after I got my car back they didn’t give me anything for free instead of my waiting time not even free oil change or free brakes change they was full of lies they made me lose over 5k dollars at work because of them and every time I call them to check what’s going on they keep telling they waiting for Mercedes to get back to them if they wanna give me something back for my time so disappointed with Mercedes especially this location More
