The only reason I am even rating this a 2 is because once I spoke to Jason, he resolved the issue. This is my third time dealing with Tony for tire issues and EVERY single time, I get the worst service. Th I spoke to Jason, he resolved the issue. This time in particular I booked an appointment ahead of time waited in the lobby for 2 hours before anyone even told me that my tire wasn’t even in. And nobody actually came out to tell me; I had to go into the office and let them know I needed to be downstate for a meeting and was supposed to be leaving. I had asked for a loaner earlier that week and was told there were absolutely no loaners; but once this happened, magically they had a loaner readily available for me to take, so I felt that was not cool either. Every time I had had a tire issue (covered under warranty) Tony calls me and tries to tell me I’m going to owe 400-500 before calling the company and asking if my situation is covered. A word of advice, (from one business owner to customer service agent)- don’t call the client stressing them out with payment information before contacting the insurance company to make sure it’s covered. It’s unnecessary- why would you call a customer to get them upset and tell them it’s not covered, when they paid for 100% coverage. And every time he still doesn’t learn to call beforehand. I honestly don’t know how this is still an issue. Still, I was more upset due to the waste of time (day before leaving for my honeymoon.. I had a lot more things I could be doing during those 2 hours of wasted time). From now on, I will only work with Jason. Jason handled the situation seamlessly and very quickly. More
