Very disappointing. I had problems with my brand new car the first week I owned it. Communication between employees is extremely poor. My car was in the service department for almost a week and no one calle the first week I owned it. Communication between employees is extremely poor. My car was in the service department for almost a week and no one called me to update me. I had to initiate a call to check on the status of my car. Mike the manager said he would work with me to get me into a different car but never followed through. I am beyond disappointed with this dealership. Lack of communication, no follow through, promises not kept. Overall extremely horrible experience. After all this I am not happy with the car I purchased and I am very displeased with my experience!
