Jason who coordinated the servicing of my vehicle was top notch. Knowledgeable, efficient, personable, responsive, etc. He very appropriately contacted me with advice for needed work. The person in the loaner dept. was also excellent; I was out with a car very efficiently. Two areas were less than I would have liked. The servicing took a full 6 hours. This seemed a lot. It was a bad weather day, but I think the outside of the vehicle was washed, but the interior was not vacuumed. Last servicing didn't even include a wash. Lexus and Infinity do a much better job with "refreshing" the vehicles as part of the servicing. It is a small complaint compared to the actual servicing which really was quite good. Take care of this small area, and it will leave a much more positive impression. More
