Carlos Arias was the one assisting me with the purchase and he was extremely understanding to the fact that as a member of the Armed Forces I wasn't able to pick up the car right away. Carlos even went as far as personally picking me up two hours away and driving me to his dealership so I could pick up the car. Mercedes Benz of Wilmington provided the customer service, attention to detail, and efficiency that one would imagine to be associated with the Mercedes Benz brand.
