I was without a car for a month and did not know what I was going to do. I reached out to this dealership about a GLC 300 Coupe I was interested in and got a great salesman named Bob Alponat! I informed Bob about another vehicle I was interested in and he went above and beyond to research a car from another dealership for me and was able to provide me with Car Fax that dealer did not provide. He saved me from buying a lemon. I live in SC and was concerned about rust on the car because of snow and Bob did not hesitant put the car on the lift so I could see the bottom of it. I was unable to test drive the car so Bob Facetimed me and showed me every inch of the car so I could insure there were no imperfections. He was also able to set up shipping to me and the car was delivered in an enclosed trailer. Bob made sure my car buying experience from out of state was seamless and enjoyable.
