This is not the first time I am purchasing and using Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby. I have purchased two cars from the Gene and Michael in 5 years. I do drive 2.5 hours from a larger city in order to see the people that treat me well since the dealer in my town cant offer the same level of service....Period! More

Filed a claim on their loaner car because it was damaged. However my insurance paid the claim and now my car need service again . They stated they can’t give me a loaner per the owner because of last issue. However my insurance paid the claim and now my car need service again .
