The sales team listened and patiently allowed us to demo several vehicles in the dealership (Volvo and Mercedes). Special thanks to Mo Soliman whose product knowledge assisted us in making an informed decision. Brett Leiken ensured that we were aware of all incentives and rebates available during the purchase process. He made himself available during the many phone calls and texts. Ty Whiting navigated us through the closing with transparency and without pressure for the “add one.” The service department made our new Mercedes pristine for delivery. My salesman, Kevin Conant is very personable and did a great job. He understood what I was looking for and found multiple cars for me. When the one I wanted was unfortunately sold before he could get it great job. He understood what I was looking for and found multiple cars for me. When the one I wanted was unfortunately sold before he could get it - he immediately found another that matched it very closely, and ended up having some changes that I really like better than the original. I had never purchased a car unseen - but Kevin was reassuring and I really did feel I could trust him. He's been great! The only problem I've had was getting the digital extras working in the app. I was getting pretty frustrated with the customer service from Mercedes online, but when I let Kevin know, he immediately worked on it and verified it was an issue on the Mercedes application side and contacted them to help resolve the issue. More

Normally I don’t write reviews unless I have exceptional experience and this was one of them. I flew to this dealership all the way from Seattle, WA to buy a car that I was looking for 2 years(Mercedes GLS experience and this was one of them. I flew to this dealership all the way from Seattle, WA to buy a car that I was looking for 2 years(Mercedes GLS 63AMG)They picked me up from the airport. Car was clean, washed, detailed, all services were done, new brakes, felt like I am buying a new car. Sales person Frank was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and he went above and beyond by providing additional pictures and videos , service records and providing all other necessary information. Paperwork with finance manager Francesco was quick and smooth, absolutely no pressure on getting extra stuff (extended warranty etc). Sales manager Bret also was very professional, friendly. They have really good team. Highly recommended!!! More

To say it is of superb quality and luxuriousness is an understatement. It is not just the vehicle that "sold" me, it was EVERYONE at the dealership who made it an experience to remember. I felt like a queen when I came to pick up the vehicle.
