Took way too long! I brought my 2010 glk 350 4matic in for a sunroof issue. Made an appointment based on availability of a loaner car. My car sat there and was not looked at for over 20 days. Once it was taken apart and realized that the repair wasnt going to be covered by my 3rd party warrenty, we were at the 30 day mark. I decided not to have the $2400 service completed. They closed my roof, but also shut the shade so I could not even see out the glass. Looks horrible! Yes I did have a brand new loaner and they paid for the labor leaving me with a bill of $0, it took way too long to get to this point and my car looks horrible. Yes the outside was washed, but the wheels were filthy, they did not vacuum it, and my brakes felt like crap after it was sitting for a month unused. They also left the plastic from the seat in the back seat of my car. This is something that could have been settled in days, not weeks. More

Passed inspection, no problem; wheel was polished as agreed. Service was completed for the 2 mentioned items -- 9.5 (NINE and ONE-HALF) HOURS later. Yes, car was done at 7:15PM. How absurd is this place. My sister called me after I called her to take my blind dog out, she said they can get carried away down there. I only assume it happened to her and many others as well. I bought my C300 in Jan. 2010. Earlier this week, I got a new cell phone. Try as I might, I could not transfer my contact information from my new phone to my MB's Bluetooth. Peter McMonigle was my salesp a new cell phone. Try as I might, I could not transfer my contact information from my new phone to my MB's Bluetooth. Peter McMonigle was my salesperson when I initially the car and syncronized my phone. I went back to Peter (14 monthes later) with my new phone looking for help. It was unbelievable. Peter wasn't familiar with my new phone, but worked on it with me until, 35 minutes later, we figured out how to transfer the data. This is what I consider excellent service. But this is what I have come to expect from Motorworld's Mercedes Service - nothing but the best. It is reasons like this that I will be a repeat Mercedes buyer at Motorworld. Thank you, Peter. More
Peter and Clayton made the experience very comfortable and very smooth. Peter was especially patient during the "get acquainted with the car" training. I took my car in for a complete check up. They called me the next day said the car needed the normal oil change, transmission service, coolant flush, wipers, new front end parts, transmission lines and new the next day said the car needed the normal oil change, transmission service, coolant flush, wipers, new front end parts, transmission lines and new injectors. Otherwise the car was great. I complained that it didnt seem to have as much power, They said a few air lines should be replaced. $2000 dollars and a month later I pick up my car. It is now leaving fluid stains in my driveway. The car has less power than when I took it there, I have a vibration on the highway. I took it back and they said the transmission pan is leaking. When I informed them they just did a transmission service and had to remove the pan to perform the service, they acting dumfounded. They said the tires must of gotten flat spots from sitting there for a month. They then let me pick it up and called me on the phone to tell me they left parts off of the car that I needed to bring it back. Currently it still has no power, is leaking fluid in my driveway. I gave them several chances to fix my car. They were not even responsive to returning my calls. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had and I feel like I was taken advantage off. More
