Great rapid service for an unscheduled emergency I Showed up at the dealership on a Saturday morning before they normally opened to see if they could replace a run flat tire that I blew out the nigh I Showed up at the dealership on a Saturday morning before they normally opened to see if they could replace a run flat tire that I blew out the night before. I had to have the car towed 50 miles from where the blowout occurred to a nearby motel where I stayed overnight and although they were posted to open at 9am someone was already there 15 minutes early. I explained my situation to Morgan who was the service advisor and after taking all of the required information she soon found out that although the dearship didn’t have the needed tire that they could obtain one from a tire store in Scranton. They sent someone to pick it up and within 2 hours the car was fixed and was ready to go. I was really in a bind but they were so accommodating. They even gave me a ride back to my motel and picked me up again when the car was ready. I am not a regular customer but you couldn’t tell that from the quality of the service that I received(I certainly would be but I don’t live anywhere near the dealership). Thanks for your help. More
