Rachel Southworth was very helpful and kept me informed with updates on my vehicle as soon as she learned of them. She did her best to make sure I was taken care of and helped arrange a loaner vehicle for with updates on my vehicle as soon as she learned of them. Mercedes Benz should be ashamed of these people representing their brand. I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes truck through MotorWorld and it had $1700 worth of issues. I was told truck was inspecte representing their brand. I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes truck through MotorWorld and it had $1700 worth of issues. I was told truck was inspected 160 point inspection blah blah. I drove over 2 hours to purchase the truck. Within the first week I reported an issue that I heard a loud noise when driving over bumps. It then took almost 2 weeks for me to get MotorWorld to look at it so I thought. I purchased the truck through MotorWorld but they told me I needed to bring it to Mercedes. So I thought that was strange because it looked like they had their own technicians. In any case I got it back to Mercedes(in the same complex down the road) and they had my truck for two weeks with minimal communication. Come to find out I have two leaking rear shocks and a bent sway bar link and I may need to replace front left shock and strut. I purchased the truck on 3/22 so there’s no way this happened on my watch. I got the run around between the sales manager at MotorWorld and Service Manager at Mercedes. MotorWorld told me Mercedes checked the truck and inspected it and everything was fine. Obviously it was not checked properly and they won’t cover any of the work they neglected to check. I’m disgusted and now I’m out of pocket close to 2k on a truck I just paid 16k for. There’s more to the story but it’s just not worth it at this point to keep complaining. I just wanted what was right to be done but customer service or pride doesn’t exists at this place. I hope one person reads this and takes their business elsewhere because these people don’t do the right thing. More

Very disappointed with the service department. First they lost my car for 1 month and told me they never had it then they took several weeks to finish work. Told me I could pick up my car and I traveled 2 ho lost my car for 1 month and told me they never had it then they took several weeks to finish work. Told me I could pick up my car and I traveled 2 hours to get it only to find they were closed. Then I was told I could pay over phone and they would deliver my car and now they say I cant. Now I'm being told I can only pay cash because I have been unable to pick up my vehicle due to work schedule and I've been there 1 time to get it already. Now I'm being threatened with legal action because I wana pay with my debit card and I cant come pick up my vehicle. The bill is not accurate as I was charged for several charges and tests on my vehicle. It's in the middle of a pandemic and everyone knows its brutal financially for most yet they wana sue me for not being able to come when I have been there 1 time then was told I could get delivery then then was told no when I said I'd pay w my debit card. After several attempts to ask to speak with management they will not let me and wont give me the number to the manager/CEO. Very difficult to deal with the service department and they are not professional or dont care. Maybe they want my car? Idk just very upset about the whole situation from a-z. I guess if you want to be in a Mercedes do not use this dealer for service. More
My sales person advised me that I would be able to swing by service to have them fill my windshield washer fluid. Provided of course they weren’t busy with appointments. I also wanted them to check out 2 interior trim pieces, as the finish was coming off and quite sharp. Morgan gladly went out to inspect it, and informed me when the parts would be delivered. They filled my fluid and off I went. Quick and easy. I dropped my car off this morning for the install, and they had the loaner ready for me. Quick walk around and I was still earlier for work than I thought I would be. They gave me the perfect loaner, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you! More

I took my MB in for my 50K mile recommended service. I was informed of a few maintenance issues that were recommended that I address. The gentlemen in charge of custodial duties was very friendly as well. I look forward to returning there in the near future for continued service. More
