I read the previous reviews with astonishment. I can not believe they are reviews of the MB dealer in Wilkes Barre! To start with, sales was nothing but bait and switch. Low price promised by manager on the internet, and then ugh, ugh, talk to an underling to find out manager will not honor price. I have purchased 2 high end Mercedes and several lesser ones. What kind of business is this?? I am not shopping Yugos! And then service... OMG!! Have you ever got thru to a person?? How many days later do they return your call, if at all? And the service manager - what a bozo!! He knows nothing technical. We are high end customers shopping for high end cars and being treated like crap. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH MOTORWORLD. I will take my $200K every two years and spend it elsewhere. Believe me, I have been dealing with them for the last 10 years, and things are just not acceptable anymore! More

I purchased Mercedes Benz GL-350 Blue Tec 2010 from Motor World almost 40 days ago and my sales person was Robert Chaikin. At the time of purchase he said “As it is Mercedes Benz so they don’t settle for any review less than the perfect. If I have any grievances just call them and they will make things the best. “ I did receive along with vehicle only 1 pair of remote keys and manual book. He said 2 remotes controls for The Rear-Seat Entertainment System and keys (I think ignition key if I am not wrong) was missing and they will send with FedEx. I called Twice 8 days and 20 days after my purchase and he give excuse that as this vehicle came from another dealer and other dealer is careless because I did buy vehicle from “Motor World”. I have two teen age kids, how I should convince them that 72 grand price tag MB but still they can’t use Rear-Seat Entertainment System. What should I say? If this is how Mb and its dealers do business then what is difference between small auto company and Mercedes Benz? All these items may cost couple of hundred dollars and can be sent direct from company in last 40 days. I can even pay through extra couple of hundred dollars for these items if they ask for more money. The problem is they don’t care customer after sale. I will never recommend this sales person and “Mile One Motor World Mercedes - Benz “to anyone. I can’t expect that Mercedes - Benz dealers can be so irresponsibly especially in this financial meltdown when there sales persons are spending their time in chatting without work. More
I was looking for a very specific Mercedes Benz C300 Sport 4Matic. I had seen a Mars Red 2009 used at another dealer and was going to purchase that. I had been visiting the area and called to see if the Sport 4Matic. I had seen a Mars Red 2009 used at another dealer and was going to purchase that. I had been visiting the area and called to see if they had one on the lot. They did, however it was not exactly what I had wanted. Bill called me a few days later to see if I made a decision. He informed me that he had a 2008 being traded that was an amazing car. He suggested that I did not do anything until I saw this vehicle. He arranged for me to see it before it was even on the lot. I fell in love the moment I saw it and was thrilled with the price of the fully loaded 2008 C300 sport. It was the exact color combination I had wanted and had less than 10,000 miles. He managed to get me into my dream car. Thank you Bill!!! More
We are return customers of Motorworld because of the quality of customer service and the the knowledgeability of the sales and service staff. We purchased 2 vehicles, one that has been picked up and on quality of customer service and the the knowledgeability of the sales and service staff. I test drove BMW and it was Shane who sold the car -- I had an opportunity to work with his sales manager, Joe Brazil and I did not experience the "high pressure" sales pitch that you typically see with cars sales people. I find shopping for a cars a laborious experience and dread it every time I decide to look for a car. Not a Motorworld Mercedes Benz. A true pleasure to do business with - Nice job guys and I look forward to a long partnership with Shane and Motorworld Mercedes Benz - Please share this feedback with Shane and Joe! We wanted a quality car at a fair price, and were given exactly what we asked for. While we originally drove onto the MotorWorld lot looking for something else (and a salesman in another brand told us quit exactly what we asked for. While we originally drove onto the MotorWorld lot looking for something else (and a salesman in another brand told us quite simply he could not help us), we received excellent service when a certified used Mercedes caught our eye. Mr. Sacco was knowledgeable about the brand in general and the available cars on his lot in specific. He treated us with respect and friendliness -- seeing us as clients instead of dollar signs. Service after the sale has been just as warm and welcoming. We have dealt with other brands in the MotorWorld group with much less success and satisfaction, but we highly recommend Mr. Gene Sacco, the MotorWorld Mercedes group, and the Mercedes line overall.
