We had a wonderful experience with our salesman Dave Ferenchick... he is a great guy and very "to the point" with his sales technique. We loved working with him and he followed up with us immediatley after our purchase. He is also very prompt in returning our phone calls whenever we need him. I must say, we were not in the market for a new/used vehicle when we decided to "Just Look" at Motorworld. However, I fell in love with the Merecedes C300 and had to have it! Dave Ferenchick was the m vehicle when we decided to "Just Look" at Motorworld. However, I fell in love with the Merecedes C300 and had to have it! Dave Ferenchick was the most helpful and friendly car salesman that I have ever dealt with, NOT AT ALL PUSHY!! He is very knowledgeable and has spent numerous hours assisting us whether it was by phone or the several visits we made to Motorworld, he even came in on his day off to help! Motorworld exceeded every expectation of purchasing a new vehicle. After researching, test driving, and negotiating several different new vehicles at various local dealerships, Motorworld closed my deal on vehicle. After researching, test driving, and negotiating several different new vehicles at various local dealerships, Motorworld closed my deal on a 2010 C Class. Providing patience, attention to every detail and answering every "stupid" question to a first-time MB buyer, Joe (sales mgr) and Bill (salesperson)were, by far, the best dealership personnel I have ever worked with. After receiving the deal, my wife was still unsure if buying a new Benz would be the right decision and there were no irritating follow-up calls to hound us to buy. After several days we decided to pull the trigger and make the purchase. The delivery of the new car was seamless. Joe handled the financing paperwork and explained all the after-sale benefits of Motorworld's service dept. Bill thoroughly exhibited the utmost professionalism and patiently reviewed the full line of features & options that came with our new MB. Three days after delivery we experienced a minor glitch with the garage door opener transmitter within the vehicle. We called Bill who talked us through the necessary steps to get it working properly. Needless to say anything more, Motorword didn't miss a beat and provided world class customer service in making our new vehicle purchase a pleasurable experience. More
I took my car in for a complete check up. They called me the next day said the car needed the normal oil change, transmission service, coolant flush, wipers, new front end parts, transmission lines and new the next day said the car needed the normal oil change, transmission service, coolant flush, wipers, new front end parts, transmission lines and new injectors. Otherwise the car was great. I complained that it didnt seem to have as much power, They said a few air lines should be replaced. $2000 dollars and a month later I pick up my car. It is now leaving fluid stains in my driveway. The car has less power than when I took it there, I have a vibration on the highway. I took it back and they said the transmission pan is leaking. When I informed them they just did a transmission service and had to remove the pan to perform the service, they acting dumfounded. They said the tires must of gotten flat spots from sitting there for a month. They then let me pick it up and called me on the phone to tell me they left parts off of the car that I needed to bring it back. Currently it still has no power, is leaking fluid in my driveway. I gave them several chances to fix my car. They were not even responsive to returning my calls. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had and I feel like I was taken advantage off. More
My husband and I went to MotorWorld to test drive several vehicles to narrow down the search of what we were looking for. Once we decided on a 2008 or 2009 used Mercedes E-350, Dave Ferenchick was a great vehicles to narrow down the search of what we were looking for. Once we decided on a 2008 or 2009 used Mercedes E-350, Dave Ferenchick was a great salesman. He was not pushy at all. He called us or emailed us whenever a new vehicle came onto the lot. It was a few months before we finally decided on a car, but Dave never gave up on us. He set up a specific time with us to go over every part of the car to make sure we knew how to work all the extras that he car offered. He also kept in touch with us after our purchase to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend the dealership and Dave! More
I read the previous reviews with astonishment. I can not believe they are reviews of the MB dealer in Wilkes Barre! To start with, sales was nothing but bait and switch. Low price promised by manager on the internet, and then ugh, ugh, talk to an underling to find out manager will not honor price. I have purchased 2 high end Mercedes and several lesser ones. What kind of business is this?? I am not shopping Yugos! And then service... OMG!! Have you ever got thru to a person?? How many days later do they return your call, if at all? And the service manager - what a bozo!! He knows nothing technical. We are high end customers shopping for high end cars and being treated like crap. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH MOTORWORLD. I will take my $200K every two years and spend it elsewhere. Believe me, I have been dealing with them for the last 10 years, and things are just not acceptable anymore! More
