Dave Ferenchick was an awesome sales consultant that made getting my first Mercedes everything I hoped it would be. He listened to everything I wanted in the car and offered some other options I didn't know getting my first Mercedes everything I hoped it would be. When the combo I wanted wasn't available on the lot, he immediately made some phone calls to track one down for me. He treated me like a friend instead of just another sale and made the whole process stress free and fun. The day I picked up my car he spent the time to go over everything in the car and set everything up so I was ready to go. I think the nicest thing was the next day getting a follow up phone call to see how everything was going with my new car. By far, this has been the best Motorworld experience I've had and I've already recommended Motorworld Mercedes-Benz and Dave to some friends. Passed inspection, no problem; wheel was polished as agreed. Service was completed for the 2 mentioned items -- 9.5 (NINE and ONE-HALF) HOURS later. Yes, car was done at 7:15PM. How absurd is this place. My sister called me after I called her to take my blind dog out, she said they can get carried away down there. I only assume it happened to her and many others as well.
