Dave Ferenchick was an awesome sales consultant that made getting my first Mercedes everything I hoped it would be. He listened to everything I wanted in the car and offered some other options I didn't know getting my first Mercedes everything I hoped it would be. When the combo I wanted wasn't available on the lot, he immediately made some phone calls to track one down for me. He treated me like a friend instead of just another sale and made the whole process stress free and fun. The day I picked up my car he spent the time to go over everything in the car and set everything up so I was ready to go. I think the nicest thing was the next day getting a follow up phone call to see how everything was going with my new car.
