Great car buying experience. Dave Ferenchick took the time to listen to what was going to be comfortable for me. I would have to say that the best part of this experience was the fact the Dave was very time to listen to what was going to be comfortable for me. I would have to say that the best part of this experience was the fact the Dave was very relaxed, and there was absolutely no pressure. Dave and Peter really went above and beyond to make the sale happen, as it was not a simple transaction when there were three different cars involved! This has been by far the best experience we have had since purchasing a new vehicle. We did most of the negotiating on the phone before making the trip to Wilkes-Barre, contingent upon FINAL APPROVAL since purchasing a new vehicle. Bill Throwbridge was excellent throught the deal, patient, professional and courteous, and like your best friend. He knew what we wanted to complete the deal. We will buy again from Bill.
