Outstanding service! This is our first Mercedes and Dave was able to answer all of our questions. He spent time with us before we drove the vehicle off the lot to ensure we knew all of the controls, navigat was able to answer all of our questions. Great car buying experience. Dave Ferenchick took the time to listen to what was going to be comfortable for me. I would have to say that the best part of this experience was the fact the Dave was very time to listen to what was going to be comfortable for me. This has been by far the best experience we have had since purchasing a new vehicle. We did most of the negotiating on the phone before making the trip to Wilkes-Barre, contingent upon FINAL APPROVAL since purchasing a new vehicle. Bill Throwbridge was excellent throught the deal, patient, professional and courteous, and like your best friend. He knew what we wanted to complete the deal. We will buy again from Bill.
