Steve Carragan is the best . I work with Steve and tell him what I want and he just does it...FANTASTIC... I’ve been to other dealerships and it was a terrible experience... The overall experience was terrible, the reps were very unorganised. I was called to the desk after a long wait and the rep had the wrong folder in hand, then I was told to go back to waiting area. My rep pretty much rush the process and walked me to the loaner without pulling it out of the spot and properly doing a walk around with me. I had an oil change which I drop off the car at 10am, they took the entire day for that??? It almost feels like no one wanted to work that day because it was Christmas Eve. I got a voicemail 10 mins before they close for the day and was told I had to come pickup my car, I called the dealer back right away yet no one picked up the phone with my 3 attempts, I then left a message stating I won’t have enough time to come back and that I would come by after Christmas to pickup my car. No one called me to acknowledge my called or notify me to pickup my car. When I shows up two days after to pickup my car, they again never pull the car up and instructed me to walk to the car in a parking spot, the work was completed, yet they never washed the car. Never have I had such a terrible service. More

All the people you end up interacting with are just good people. It is now the 3rd car I have bought from them and it wont be the last. I brought my 2018 E 300 in for warranty service. The reservation was handled perfectly. I was concerned about condensation in my headlight lens. It was determined that Mercedes only considers it a probl reservation was handled perfectly. I was concerned about condensation in my headlight lens. It was determined that Mercedes only considers it a problem if the condensation last longer than 20 minutes after the headlights are turned on. My car was washed and vacuumed before it was returned to me. The service advisors, Barry and Claudia, were very professional and a pleasure to to review my concern. More
