He really delivered a deal with very competitive prices and plenty of little extras. He partnered up well with Trisha in the documentation area to make the closing very clear and pleasurable. Trisha was unbelieveable - she sought out a fleet discount with USAA that saved me an additional $2,000. I'm an experienced, fussy car buyer and I felt like I was dealing with pros.
