We have been long time customers of Wagner Motors but in shopping for a new car I decided to price them against Westwood. I am thrilled I did because my experience with Westwood was amazing. Jessica was a pleasure to deal with during my dealer experience. I traded a 2008 S 550 4Matic for a 2011 GL 450. Jessica is customer focused and attentive to details. I plan to go back to Jessica in 2 to 3 years when I am ready for my 5th Mercedes Benz. The service department has worked on my cars since 2003 when I bought my 1st Merecedes. They are prompt, friendly and efficient. Besides being extrememly friendly, Jessica knew every aspect of the car and has been on top of everything since we left. We've recieved follow-up emails and phone calls explaining the process to us. Our only regret is that we don't have the car as of yet.Getitng the title has taken longer than we thought, but we realize that things like this do happen. The way the dealership has handled themselves has gone far beyond our expectations. More

Drove from Kingston, MA (40 miles). Greeted by Peter Charlebois who answered all our questions with utmost courtesy and patience. We test drove the E-class and left to think about it. We checked prices at several area dealerships, and got the best price from Peter. We ordered our car at the end of December 2010 and they promised delivery in 3 months. However, the car was received in two. Peter went over all the features with us as well as the various services which Westwood offered in their Service Department, and as usual was very well informed and courteous. Jason Wong was a great help in clearly explaining the various financing options, and helped us choose the best option for our needs. We highly recommend Westwood and Peter for your next MB car. More

Just wanted to give recognition for the great staff at MB of Westwood. My dream car was originally a BMW 645, but when I found out I was pregnant, I realized this was not the car for me. Figuring that I would still buy a BWM, I went to the dealership only to be quickly turned away by a sales associate. When he realized that I did not know what I want, he said, "I have some paperwork to do, but you can just go browse outside." Hearing this, I simply went outside, got into my nice beat-up Camry, and drove off....never to return to this dealership again. After 2 months of searching for a car, I stopped in at MB of Westwood where I was approached by Peter Charlebois. I explained to him that I did not know what I want and instead of telling me to "browse," he went over all the cars that suited my needs. I test drove a C class, but still was not sure if that was the car I really wanted. Without feeling any pressure, I told him that I would think about it and return. I then realized that I wanted an Infiniti, but it took several weeks to find out the exact price it would cost me. When I called on the day I decided to finally buy the car, I was told that they would no longer sell it to me for the price we originally discussed. I therefore decided to buy it from a different Infiniti dealership, but somehow stopped at another MB dealership on the way where I finally found the car that I wanted. Although the staff was very helpful, I felt very pressured to make the decision on the spot and just wasn't sure of the interior color of the car. To make a long story short, I came back to Westwood to work with Peter once more. I bought my E350 within 40 minutes and I will never regret the decision. The staff has been great and a year later, Peter still stops to talk with me everytime I'm there. Can't wait to buy another car from him! More
This is the second G class that I have purchased from this dealership. The sales and business teams go above and beyond what would be considered "acceptable" to make the process of vehicle selection, finance, prep, and delivery an extremely personal, warm, and bespoke experience. Also, I have been using the dealership for the servicing of my first G class since I took delivery in 2007, and every interaction has been beyond pleasant and exceedingly efficient. It is refreshing to know what to expect whenever I call for an appointment and/or arrive for service: EXCELLENCE. More
