Jessica was great to deal with. She was exremely responsive and demonstrated excellent follow up. I just had a FANTASTIC experience here. After reading all the great reviews about Jessica Madych I asked to work with her in finding a great slightly used C300. I drove out of there today with an absolutely gorgeous car, stress free, and got an excellent deal. This is a class act from the moment you walk on to the property. As well, one often feels uncomfortably primed to deal by an onset of salespeople each in competiton with the other. Not here! The low key and professioanl culture of this dealership is that they are present to assist when and if you as the customer wish to express interest. I think I could have toured their showroom indefinitely without ever having to feel the need to justify my presence. My wife and I had the great fortune of being introduced to Jessica Madych. We learned she has fifteen successful and seemingly enjoyable years in the business. This was evident from her first breathe. I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this entry that if you seek a luxury car [new or used], do yourself a favor and call her in advance and schedule an appointment. She is not only a delight but she knows her craft. Cars are my weakness. I have owned nearly 60 in twenty-nine years. Way too many of those transactions tainted my passion and often left me, quite frankly, stressed, frustrated or exhausted. Working with Jess, and those who support her was like working with friends. If seeking another car, and know I will soon, I would look forward to calling her again. More

This dealership and staff was so impressive that I drove 4 hours each way (on 3 occassions) to purchase a car from them, and I will again when its time to buy again. The professionalism, follow up, committment to excellence, and accomodations made on my behalf to earn my business were unparrelled. From strong pricing on my trade, in to providing a loaner vehicle for an extended period of time, and to meeting deadlines and obstacles even during a hurricane, I must say there is nothiing this dealership could have done better in handling my purchase experience. Any business is only as good as it's people and this dealer is blessed to have Jessica Madych. She is tenacious, reliable, consistent, honest, extremely educated in the product line, and was dedicated beyond my wildest expectations. There are good sales people, top sales people, and then there are rare folks like Jessica. Jessica worked tirelessly during my purchase which whick took over a week given the out of state requirements, and she worked even harder after the sale. Jessica called me every day during my first week of Mercedes ownership to make sure I was ok and getting use to the cars features knowing I was coming from years of driving Lexus vehicles. She followed up in the morning, evening, and even on her off days to see if there was something I needed. She exceeded all expectations and guaranteed that I will see Jessica first before I ever buy another car in the future. If I didn't live so far away I would hire Jessica in a heart beat to help my business grow. I wanted to buy a 4 seater convertible but was not sure which make and model to pick. I was considering MB CLK350, BMW 330i, and Audi. I was on my way to the BMW dealer when I saw the MB dealer and decided which make and model to pick. I was considering MB CLK350, BMW 330i, and Audi. I was on my way to the BMW dealer when I saw the MB dealer and decided to stop by. Nick Mazzeo introduced himself and was very frindly, curteous, polite and detailed when answering my questions. I was very impressed with his service, I did not feel pressured which is a big "turn off" for me. He was able to show me a 2007 CLK550A which I fell in love with. Before I made a decision I wanted to see the BMW, so I went to the BMW dealer. Lets just say I was not treated well or curteously. That poor experience w/ that specific dealer made it real easy for me to stick with MB. The following day Nick Mazzeo appropiately called and emailed me to offer me more information and to set up a day to bring me the car for a test drive. After driving the CLK550A and after the perfect experience I had with Nick Mazzeo/MB dealer I decided to buy the car. I was very impressed with my overall experience and I will defenitely buy from them again. By the way I love everything about the car (it has been 2 months since I bought it, it drives soooo smoothly?? More
All too common the car buying process is characterized by the slick salesman and sales manager in the corner office that you don’t see. The salesperson and the sales manager were very pleasant, very relaxed, and never an ounce of pressure. They were always very responsive to discussions on the phone or email. Let me start by saying that I despise the car buying process immensely and being on the younger side it was difficult to find sales people at the higher end car dealerships to take my husband and I seri process immensely and being on the younger side it was difficult to find sales people at the higher end car dealerships to take my husband and I seriously. This was not the case at Mercedes Benz of Westwood. Steve Avellino took the time to answer all our questions and allowed us to go on test drives of multiple vechicles till I found exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to buy at anytime and when we did find what we wanted the whole process was excuted quickly and efficently. Overall we are happy with what we got for our money and have faith that any problems that may arise in the future with our vechile will be taken care of in the same professional manner as the sale was conducted. I would recommend Merceds Benz of Westwood and Steve Avellio to family and friends in the future and will be back when we're in the market to purchase/lease again. More
The sales experience here was pleasant enough. My rating has nothing to do with the sales team, but everything to do with the service department. I think one should consider the service experience you're likely to receive from a dealership when considering a car purchase. I can't imagine a worse customer experience than what I've consistently received at the MB Westwood service department. I called with a question concerning a part that had failed (rear shock) - the reason for calling was that two independent mechanics encouraged me to do so assuring me that the shocks shouldn't fail this early in the car and that despite being outside the factory warranty, it was something MB should fix. The phone call went well enough with the rep telling me that I'd need to come in so they could assess the situation. After taking time off from work to bring the car in, the response I received in person couldn't have been worse. I was informed that there was NO CHANCE they would consider covering the repair (and implied I was an idiot for even considering the idea.) Also, they wanted $150 to simply look at the vehicle and estimate the cost of repair (something both the independents I work with do free of charge.) When pushed, the quote for the shock job was 40% higher than the quote I received from two independents (a local shop and a place in Waltham that specializes in MB.) Needless to say, I left and won't be coming back from either service nor future vehicle purchases. If you want an honest, polite service experience - call your independent or find another dealership. This place is a thieve's den. More
