I bought a 2010 GL 450 from Mercedes Benz of Westwood about a month ago I bought the car and it had a scratch on it so they put touch up paint on it. I have brought it in to have them fix which they told me they could..NEVER happened I have been leaving messages since Aug 6th for the manager Chris Palmer never has called back so then I decided to call and ask for the GM his name is Dennis. NEVER returned a call!! This place has got to be the worst I have ever seen for customer service...I would recommend going elsewhere if you want a Mercedes. More
