Thomas Parker gave us the space and time I needed to decide between my two final picks. He answered all my texts promptly and didn’t make me feel as if I was a pest. When I made my choice he quickly got the ball rolling to get it set for me. Very professional but personable throughout. He even came in on his day off to help me. I highly recommend Thomas and will pass that on to anyone I know in the market for a Benz. More
Sales I spent 2 hours, worked out my deal, only to be verbally pummeled by the sales manager who tried to come in and strong arm me. He was very aggressive I spent 2 hours, worked out my deal, only to be verbally pummeled by the sales manager who tried to come in and strong arm me. He was very aggressive, rude and he got caught in a lie. I would NEVER give this dealership my hard earned money. If you are female financing/buying alone, they will talk to you like you are an idiot and try to take advantage. Luckily for me I'm not an idiot, did not accept this appalling behavior and left without buying. I was then chased out by the sales person to try and fix this while he played dumb as to what just happened. It was so obviously a set up to try and get more money out of me after making a deal and they thought I would be intimidated and fall in line. If 1 person reads this and thinks twice about going, I've done my job. In some way I'm glad it happened because the next dealership I go into will give me what I want or I'll walk out. More
Scam - Fraudulent / No Ethics Practice Unfortunately, I have to spend three visits with this low ethics people until they get me with the "finance manager" (after waiting for 1:30 hours) - Unfortunately, I have to spend three visits with this low ethics people until they get me with the "finance manager" (after waiting for 1:30 hours) - Once in the room with the finance person, I discover that not all the negotiation points were honored. The worst part is a different dealer told me that they were going to do this. They said it happens all the time with Prime and I did not believe them…. They were TRUE!! I can't believe Mercedes Benz has for dealership this low ethics vendor. More

I recently got my MB S430 serviced at this car dealer. My service advisor, Alfred Erdos, was more like sleazy car salesman than a service advisor. First he overcharged with for a diagnostic service. Then he gave me an inflated cost estimate of $2600 for replacing the ignition module. And he made excuses whenever I asked for detailed explanation of price or estimate. Throughout the experience I felt like I was being taken for a ride and getting charged for unnecessary service or repair. Stay away from this car dealer. Or at least avoid Afred Erdos if you decide to service your vehicle at this dealership. More

Roger is very knowledgeable about the inventory, and took the time to show us several different cars that were available. At no point was there any pressure, and the entire sales experience was very organized and professional. Vincent Meucci (sales manager) and Robert Leaver (business manager) were also excellent, answered all of my questions and concerns, and made the entire purchasing process seamless and stress-free. This is the 2nd Mercedes I've purchased from this dealer, and have only had truly exceptional experiences. Great coffee, too! More
