Excellent service done quickly Mercedes Benz of Westwood has an excellent customer service policy. I was treated like someone special from the moment I arrived for service. I was greeted in the carport and directed to my service advisor promptly. He went over my service request and gave me a voucher for a sandwich and drink at their cafe. The service took approximately two hours. They even cleaned my car inside and out! My service advisor came to the lounge area with my key to inform me my repair was completed. I recommend this dealership for service because they do their best with my busy schedule in mind. More

The staff could not locate the noise I am hearing. The minute I got the car back I could clearly hear it. It is consistent and ALWAYS occurs when the car is moving. I truly can’t understand why the team could not hear it? Additionally, they didn’t change the oil. I forgot to ask them to, but it was way over due. So I had to get the oil changed separately and now I have to bring the car again due to address the noise. So overall not too happy. But the work that was done was done well. More

Sales I spent 2 hours, worked out my deal, only to be verbally pummeled by the sales manager who tried to come in and strong arm me. He was very aggressive, rude and he got caught in a lie. I would NEVER give this dealership my hard earned money. If you are female financing/buying alone, they will talk to you like you are an idiot and try to take advantage. Luckily for me I'm not an idiot, did not accept this appalling behavior and left without buying. I was then chased out by the sales person to try and fix this while he played dumb as to what just happened. It was so obviously a set up to try and get more money out of me after making a deal and they thought I would be intimidated and fall in line. If 1 person reads this and thinks twice about going, I've done my job. In some way I'm glad it happened because the next dealership I go into will give me what I want or I'll walk out. More

The worst part is a different dealer told me that they were going to do this. They said it happens all the time with Prime and I did not believe them…. They were TRUE!! I can't believe Mercedes Benz has for dealership this low ethics vendor. More
