I was Mercedes Benz of Westwood has an excellent customer service policy. I was treated like someone special from the moment I arrived for service. I was greeted in the carport and directed to my service advisor promptly. He went over my service request and gave me a voucher for a sandwich and drink at their cafe. The service took approximately two hours. They even cleaned my car inside and out! My service advisor came to the lounge area with my key to inform me my repair was completed. I recommend this dealership for service because they do their best with my busy schedule in mind. More

The staff could not locate the noise I am hearing. The minute I got the car back I could clearly hear it. It is consistent and ALWAYS occurs when the car is moving. I truly can’t understand why the team could not hear it? Additionally, they didn’t change the oil. I forgot to ask them to, but it was way over due. So I had to get the oil changed separately and now I have to bring the car again due to address the noise. So overall not too happy. But the work that was done was done well. More
