This is the 4th Mercedes I have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Westwood, MA. After working with Marco, I decided to stick with purchasing my cars from this dealership. He went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted. On the sales side this dealership is the best and treats every customer as they are there only customer. As a result of that, I was committed to giving my business to Westwood and Marco. Marco is an incredible manager who introduced me to Steve who has been with the company a number of years. I trust this dealer because of Marco and Steve who are totally committed to the customer. This dealership does not play games. They are committed to doing the right thing to gain customers' trust. Marco will make sure you are satisfied all the way through the sales cycle with every interaction throughout the Mercedes operation. I also need to mention on the financial side Bobby Chin who has been with the company a number of years and helped me on the final finance and warranty transactions with my last 4 cars. He is someone that I completely trust and really tries to assess your needs in terms of warranty offers. Because of Marco, Steve and Bobby, the experience here is extraordinary. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, look no further than this dealership and ask for Marco or Steve and trust me you won't regret it. Beware. Just took my car in for service and after I waited 2 hours and they said everything was fine, I get an email stating that I need new brakes. Two days later I'm driving on the highway and it says my engine is overheating. I pull over and open the hood and there is no coolant and the cover for the coolant is sitting on the side. So I spent money to have them not repair my car and cause more damage. More

I was completely disappointed with the result of my visit to your service center. I received a test result indicating that my car was in good condition, and all test parameters were passed successfully. I re to your service center. I requested an inspection in this case, but it was denied because there were issues. As I found out, the test was not conducted because the control block was not responding to the scanner. And the results were recorded blindly! The director confirmed that the results should have been different, but the test was simply not performed. Unbelievable! I asked a refund More

Very disappointing experience from both of my past 2 trips to this dealership after prior years if quality service. Most recently, the dealership had my car fir 2 days with zero communication. After finally getting in touch with me on day3, I was informed the delay was due to a 2 day backup in the service department. The service manager apologized for the delay. The dealership had the car for another week before they fixed my issue (simply fixing the window which wasn’t functioning). I will not be going back to this dealership. More
