Awful service This was the worst buying experience I have ever encountered. The salesman, Darya seemed like he didn't want to be bothered and was rushing us through This was the worst buying experience I have ever encountered. The salesman, Darya seemed like he didn't want to be bothered and was rushing us through the entire process (and making countless mistakes), and a lot of the responses he gave us we wrong - his colleague pointed it out to us. In making the purchase - we worked with his colleague while he attended to another client. Typically, I would walk away and not give Prime, my business but my wife fell in love with the car so we dealt with the subpar, questionable service. We were already pre-approved for a loan through our bank, but Darya and the finance manager, Rob encouraged us to use their finance partners and said it wouldn't be an actual hit on my credit report. Come to find out they ran my credit numerous times, with institutions they never even mentioned. I only found this out when I received notifications from these institutions in the mail. In addition, our car wasn't ready and we had to get a loaner. The gas levels were low and Darya was in a rush (as usual) and said he would comp us for the gas (never did). The finance paperwork was wrong so it had to be re-sent to me for my signature (I noticed another mistake) and the paperwork for the car took longer than it should. The whole process was a complete nightmare. Now what is most frustrating is that I emailed them about my reimbursement for the gas and them running my credit numerous time. Darya's response was nonchalant and did not make an effort to follow up. Rob never even emailed me back. I reached out to the general manager, Shawn Ramos in hopes he would address the issue. He said he would call me... still waiting on that phone call. For the amount of money, I spent this experience was beyond disappointing. Do not purchase from this dealership. I moved my service to Mercedes of Shrewsbury and the experience was completely different. More
