Service fine once my husband called Unfortunately, service was not great until my husband took control. From now on, he will be the one calling for service. I was not important enough Unfortunately, service was not great until my husband took control. From now on, he will be the one calling for service. I was not important enough to warrant a rental car, despite my living 30-40 minutes away. The woman on the phone was not pleasant or understanding. My car is only 1 1/2 years old, with less than 16K miles, and has had three recalls, faulty breaks and now something wrong with the air intake, which caused a check engine light to appear. I was told that I would have to wait for the car, up to 90 minutes, while they checked it out, on top of having to drive a car that had a burning smell and a check engine light on. Amazingly, when my husband called, they said they would take care of getting him a car after a review of the problem. Interesting that they was nothing available for me; but, one was miraculously available for him. I will say that once he arrived, they took very good care of him and my car was serviced well and on time, as promised. Darren was very nice and helpful and we finally felt we were getting the service we deserved. Despite the initial experience, we ended up feeling satisfied with our service, thanks to Darren. More
