Long but great service Took my GLC in for a massive service. Air suspension had massive issues, turbo issue, ripped seat, three recalls and other stuff. Got a loaner. Took Took my GLC in for a massive service. Air suspension had massive issues, turbo issue, ripped seat, three recalls and other stuff. Got a loaner. Took nearly a week. I arrived back, picked up car and it still had an issue. Turned around and drove back in. While this would have been a nightmare anywhere else Joe and Wes were all over it. Treated me like I was the only one in the place and made everything right. Very impressive bunch. More

Service I purchased my car July 1017. I was kept waiting for hours b/f they delivered the car. Ive had it serviced 3× they charged me for gas on a loaner eve I purchased my car July 1017. I was kept waiting for hours b/f they delivered the car. Ive had it serviced 3× they charged me for gas on a loaner even tho i filled the tank. Took 2 months to get a refund. Had it serviced again for recall & asked to put inspection sticker on; they never did it. They do a half backward job of vacuuming the car. I expect better service from a Mercedes dealership. No attention to detail. More
