Poor communications When I dropped off my car for its regular service late last week, the service manager explained what was going to be done, and that the charge would b When I dropped off my car for its regular service late last week, the service manager explained what was going to be done, and that the charge would be around $450. This was fine, so he put me in a loaner vehicle and I went on my way. He left me a voice mail about 4 hours later that simply said, “Hello it’s Joe from Mercedes of Westwood; I’m calling about your car. Please call me back at [phone number]. I called him at minimum a dozen times and left multiple voice mails over the next several hours, to no avail. Then late in the evening he called again and said that my car was ready. Because it was quite late, we agreed that I would pick it up the next morning. When I arrived to pick it up, Joe wasn’t in, and another service manager, Maria, met me at the cashier counter. She presented my bill, which was about $750. Never during my limited communications with Joe did he ever say that the bill would exceed the estimate by another $300. When I became a bit angry, Maria rectified the situation by reducing the bill to the estimate, for which I am very grateful. She was helpful, professional, and customer-service oriented. The reason for my one-star review is the shoddy service that I received from Joe, who couldn’t be bothered to tell me about this change—and he did not seek my permission to do any work that would have caused the charges to increase so dramatically. For this reason, I will not ever return to Mercedes of Westwood for service or to purchase any future vehicles, and will take my business to another local dealership. More

It was late and I told them I will return the next day to finish the paperwork when I got there the next day paperwork wasn’t ready and the person who was supposed to do the paperwork left early and did not communicate with anybody to follow through on the paperwork. I took the car and not even 10 minutes driving the low coolant light turned on, obviously nobody checked the fluids before giving me the car, I will never buy anything from this dealership. I almost canceled the sale,. The only reason I didn’t cancel is because Tom Parker the sales person was nothing but nice and he doesn’t have control over other people not doing their job. I would buy something from Tom if I see him at a different dealership as for the dealership alone I hope I never have to deal with them More

Long but great service Took my GLC in for a massive service. Air suspension had massive issues, turbo issue, ripped seat, three recalls and other stuff. Got a loaner. I arrived back, picked up car and it still had an issue. Turned around and drove back in. While this would have been a nightmare anywhere else Joe and Wes were all over it. Treated me like I was the only one in the place and made everything right. Very impressive bunch. More
