Steve Carrigan, Great Sales Experience Purchased a CPO 2014 Mercedes S550 for my wife from Steve in January. It was a great no pressure, no haggle buying experience. The car is gorgeous and has just about every option offered. Steve went over and above to secure this particular car for us. Definitely “white glove” service through the sales, purchase and delivery process. They have also followed through on everything that was promised as part of the sale. 20K service and check engine light. Brought my C300 in for 20K service at 7:15AM. On the drive to the dealership the check light illuminated. Since it was additional work, they needed mo Brought my C300 in for 20K service at 7:15AM. On the drive to the dealership the check light illuminated. Since it was additional work, they needed more than the allotted time period. They gave me a loaner car and the service advisor told me it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. I had no problem with this arrangement. The problem occurred when he left me a voicemail @ 10:37AM saying the car is ready. When I drove back to the dealership, Cameron (Advisor #9018) said “Geez, I’m sorry. Your car is not ready. I recorded your phone number on the wrong line. It won’t be ready until tomorrow.” Needless 50 miles round trip for over 1 hour of my time wasted. All I got from him was “sorry, my bad”. I think at the very least he could have been sympathetic. More
