Upon dropping my car off for a scheduled A service, my service advisor Alex and I were doing a walk around my vehicle and I pointed out a large scratch I caused on my rim and he said that was something they could take care of and now my rim looks brand new! So pleased with the entire experience there and will be going back for all future service. More

Great Used Car experience So I was dreading looking for a used car for my daughter. Found a used car on carguru that was at Mercedes of Westwood. Never been there before, but So I was dreading looking for a used car for my daughter. Found a used car on carguru that was at Mercedes of Westwood. Never been there before, but would most definitely go back. Thomas Parker was our salesman and he was fantastic. What a pleasure to deal with. Never felt pressured, never felt like I was being led into something I don't want, kept things simple and easy. Best used car purchase I've ever had! More
Started out well but declined considerably Bought a CPO C300 a year ago. Within two weeks the COMMAND system died. They fixed it. Just happened again last week making it twice in a year. I comp Bought a CPO C300 a year ago. Within two weeks the COMMAND system died. They fixed it. Just happened again last week making it twice in a year. I complained and wanted a replacement (not an upgrade...just a replacement as I lost confidence in the car). Despite complaining to corporate and having them made aware of the issue, they tried to tell me that after putting 10,000 miles on the car in a year that it has depreciated $10,000 (the car was 4 years old when I bought it...4 year old cars don’t depreciate ten thousand dollars in a year) and it needed new breaks and tires (again after 10,000 miles from a complete recertification process) and wouldn’t work with me at all. As for the repair I got an update from service two days after I dropped it off telling me the wrong part was shipped and then didn’t hear back from them until Monday and when I picked the car up they didn’t even have the decency to wipe their hand and finger prints off the COMMAND screen which was covered in them. This is no way to treat a customer who had been very happy with your dealership to that point but their complete lack of effort to make this right and disregard for the status of the screen after repairing has totally soured me on them. More

New Tires I stopped in cause tire pressure was low even though no appointment. I had a nail in my tire. They gave me a loaner at 2:45 and was going to pick up I stopped in cause tire pressure was low even though no appointment. I had a nail in my tire. They gave me a loaner at 2:45 and was going to pick up next day. I called back at 6:00pm to see if I could pick up same day. They said absolutely. Claudia had me in and out of the dealership quickly when I dropped my car off as well as when I picked it up. Great service and very easy. Thank you!! More
