When I purchased my car in 2020, I received great service. Now, not so much. My service was supposed to cost approximately $500; it ended up costing $700. $200 was for brake service, but MB Westmont service. Now, not so much. I had my car serviced. Unfortunately the service department was so backlogged that the car dropped off on Monday was serviced on Thursday. I waited two weeks to get an appointment for a broken air conditioner blower. There were no loaner cars available. Mercedes was kind enough to arrange and paid for enterprise rental for the four days.
