Long story short, I was in and out in about an hour, great service, everyone at the dealership had a great personality and the experience was fun and to the point. Honest Parts dept. I was referred to MB of Westmont after attempting to get a replacement key from another MB dealership in Naperville when what I suspected was a faulty I was referred to MB of Westmont after attempting to get a replacement key from another MB dealership in Naperville when what I suspected was a faulty key. The dealer in Naperville wanted my car towed in and said it was going to take a week to get a key. They told me this a couple times. I decided to try Westmont before towing the vehicle and they told me to just bring proof of ownership and pay for the key and they can order it without towing the car. Long story short, I went in the end of day on Friday 7/3 on a holiday weekend and received my key Tuesday morning, 7/7. The new key solved my problem. The person who helped me in parts was great. These guys saved me a tow and turned it around quickly! This will be my dealer going forward. More

He was arrogant, asked why I waited so long to buy and trade in my 2010 Bmw with 160,000 miles. Also said why would someone with a $1000 car be looking at a $60000 car ??? Hmm that’s about what my bmw cost when new! He had NO info on my financial situation. After I explained I was retired, had sold my business a few years ago, he proceeded to insult saying I better go talk to my accountant and see what I can afford, and whether to lease or buy!!! Didn’t seem to care rude rude rude. I’m heading out today to another Mercedes dealership! Feel bad for the salesman. He was ready to crawl under his desk! LOST SALE!!! M williams More
