The [INSERT APOLOGY RESPONSE #3 HERE] style reply is about what I expected. The manager reached out saying he would call me, but never did. I don't know what could be done to resolve the issue here considering I bought elsewhere. Being treated like a loyal customer instead of a target for "market conditions" by Mercedes-Benz of Naperville fully resolved my issue.

I called the number but why even bother since I already spoken to the Ex Manager Eric Hoffman who apologized but that was pretty much it. At his point all I want is my refund on the extended warranty I purchased and the following day decided I didn't want. It's been 4 weeks today and still no check. I don't understand I paid cash for this car as well as the extended warranty. You got your money when I purchase this car well all I want is mine. How difficult is this? They don't tell you this when you buy a warranty. I was expected to go to the dealership and have them write me a check. Like I said, I've dealt with Lexux, Infinity and didn't have these issues. So regret purchasing at this dealership.

I have made this observation many, many times in the 8 years since I purchased my vehicle (new) from this dealership. Speaking to you will not fix the issue. Only putting your customers first will do that. And it could be done if someone was assigned to (1) greet the customer as they pull in (2) give them a number, jot down their name, and ask them to go to the lounge and enjoy a cup of coffee while they wait for a service representative (Or worse case, have a ticket dispenser as you pull in with a sign that says "Take a number, go to the lounge, someone will e with you shortly"), (3) have the service representative go to the lounge, find the customer, and invite the customer to their office to complete the paperwork. It is not rocket-science. It is just good customer relations.
