Useless service dept. 2nd time I leave them my car to fix a sensor problem. Nothing is done. On top of that, the breaks on my car are sounding like a garbage truck, even though I only have 6k miles on them. I asked them to change, after days of keeping the car. They said they couldn't replicate the problem. I even made videos. The breaks are so loud I literally have people turn and look when I drive past. I came to pick the car up after about of week of "Service" and had to wait almost 40min for them to "wash it" which is honestly the only thing they did.... Service like that makes me want to STAY AWAY from Mercedes as a Brand in general. More
I brought my car in for the recall. Was bounced around to 4 different people before someone was able to help. Upon picking my car up it was never washed, when I specifically asked if they would wash it. I never felt as though they were interested in gaining me as customer or my business. More

I appreciate the customer service to get my vehicle in quickly without an appointment! However the follow thru was a little disappointing. Utilizing the text message method of communication the service ad quickly without an appointment! However the follow thru was a little disappointing. Utilizing the text message method of communication the service adviser text that the catalytic converter was the issue behind a shifting issue with my vehicle and would cost $4400 to repair. I refused saying it was too much for a minor issue I could deal with and honestly did not make sense. Upon pickup the paperwork actually said it was the Torque Converter and not the Catalytic Converter!!!!! Way different, and I was charged an excessive amount to diagnose even though it was communicated to me completely wrong. The charge was refused to be removed from my invoice, the woman at the cashier was less than nice and really had an attitude I would not allow to be had for a customer facing individual, especially when I asked where to pick up my vehicle, she rolled her eyes and mumbled and pointed like I was supposed to just know. So after waiting 25 min for my vehicle and trying to find where exactly I pick up after asking others and being given different answers (zero defined area wirh a place to wait for pickup btw), my car was handed to me a filthy mess and not even washed from when I dropped it off upon pickup. I had to find a very nice service adviser who asked if I needed anything seeing the frustration in my face when looking for my own, and I asked if they washed cars for delivery and he said was yours not? He had the Porter wash and vacuum it but the windows were smeared with dirt from a hurried job and towel dry. Needless to say except for a few minor bright spots it was not a good experience and I will not not be back or recommending people to go here which is disappointing as I had previously purchased and taken other vehicles there years before but things have definitely changed! More
