I drive one hour to have my car serviced at Westminster. I bought my last 2 Mercedes there. I was supposed to get a loaner car, didn't happen. Waited 3 hours in the lobby for my service! Bought a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. This was a surprisingly awful experience buying a luxury vehicle. Two/three weeks later and I'm still dealing with mixups and misalignment on the dealerships part. Every person I've talked to, I've received the same "I'm sorry for the confusion, I'll fix this moving forward" and yet again - information is mixed up, appointments not scheduled, and more apologies. Truly disappointing and this will absolutely be the last experience at a Mercedes dealership. More

I have nothing but praise for Chris Jarrauch in customer service and Jeff Blake, the service manager. I bought a pre-owned vehicle that stalled out on the highway on the way home. I brought it back and Chri service and Jeff Blake, the service manager. I bought a pre-owned vehicle that stalled out on the highway on the way home. I brought it back and Chris discovered the problem as being a mismatched tire. He had all the tires replaced for me. In the process, it was discovered that a pin had become disconnected and had to be replaced. Jeff Blake covered the cost of the repair. Both of those gus are top-notch representatives of Mercedes Benz. More
