My second purchase at Westminster and Kudos to Josh Grimm and KB!.... I was looking for low priced lease on a new C300 4Matic or a good deal on a used C300 4Matic. After my first experience 5 years earlier and KB!.... I was looking for low priced lease on a new C300 4Matic or a good deal on a used C300 4Matic. After my first experience 5 years earlier leasing an SLK - I knew Josh was the only MB salesman in Denver I wanted to work with. I emailed Josh on a Tuesday with my request, by Wednesday he had a used car that was beyond expectations - 11,000 miles in showroom new condition. And while it was a bit above my price point it was perfect fit for me in this tough used car market. When I went for the test drive I kept seeing other options, but Josh was great in keeping me true to my original vision both in vehicle and price and within a couple of hours it was wrapped up and I drove out with a car I'll enjoy for years. And as I found out from my earlier purchase, his relationship with clients doesn't end after the keys are handed over. He's detail oriented and very responsive. Trust that he's your man if you are looking for a guy who has a passion for the product and builds a sincere relationship with a buyer quickly. And what a treat to work with Finance Manager KB on the paperwork. He's also very knowledgeable and has some common sense advice on aftermarket warranty purchases depending on use of vehicle and anticipated length of ownership. No hard sell, and I got some products that will really add peace of mind to my purchase decision. More

I can't say enough good things about our Sprinter service expert, Steve C. Thompson. We needed to have extensive service done for 2 recalls on our Itasca Navion RV with Sprinter chassis. (We'd taken it for s expert, Steve C. Thompson. We needed to have extensive service done for 2 recalls on our Itasca Navion RV with Sprinter chassis. (We'd taken it for service previously to Westminster Mercedes and Steve was the reason we always returned there. He's professional, knowledgeable, efficient, up front and honest, and always accommodating and friendly.) There was a LONG waiting period before we could take our RV in for these recalls (6 months), but Steve communicated with us, was open, honest, and understanding with our frustration about how long we had to wait to get the work done. He got us in as soon as he possibly could. I believe he went out of his way, above and beyond the call of duty, to help us get our RV serviced. Mercedes-Benz of Westminster does excellent work but it's because of Steve Thompson that we've gone there and will continue to go there! He's a gem...and we live 206 miles from this service center! I have called twice in the last week to find out about the recalls on my recently purchased sprinter.I left a voice mail for Steve in service and one of the operators took my number and said someone wou the recalls on my recently purchased sprinter.I left a voice mail for Steve in service and one of the operators took my number and said someone would call.
