They treated me like I 'couldn't afford' a new Mercedes. I pulled up in my BMW X5 and couldn't believe their level of arrogance. I gladly went back to BMW and got a close out 2013 X5. Ed was a very friendly and knowledgeable service tech who quickly fixed the problem and then even delivered the car back to me with a full explanation of the problem. We were ready to downsize from a Land Rover to a crossover vehicle (but wanted to upgrade in quality). We test drove the GLK several times and decided that it met our needs. Very, very happy with it - even though we've only owned it for one day!!!! The staff were very friendly at every visit we made to the dealership. Mr Litwin was knowledgeable and most helpful. The waiting room was well equipped with snacks, drinks, and entertainment. All told it was a nice atmosphere to buy a car. We'll come back! More
