I wish I could give Zero Stars. I recently purchased a CPO 2020 S560 on 4/30/2023. Everything is great up to 5/19/2023 when I got out of work and noticed my passenger side front tir I recently purchased a CPO 2020 S560 on 4/30/2023. Everything is great up to 5/19/2023 when I got out of work and noticed my passenger side front tire was flat all the way to the rim. Not a problem, what can I do it happens no one’s fault. But as I remember when I did a walk around of this vehicle and was shown the trunk I asked about run-flats (OEM from factory) because no spare and was told yes. Now I’m looking at the tires installed on my “CPO” and they are cheep Walmart Lionheart Tires on a square setup. When these need to be staggered. I trusted the Mercedes Brand for luxury and trust. Never thought This would happen at a Mercedes Dealership and not what is considered a “flagship” car. Iv reached out to Mark (Used Car Manager) via email and no response. This needs to be fixed. I am now driving another vehicle while my S560 sits collecting dust until the issue is resolved. Do not go here. There are better Mercedes Dealerships around. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MERCEDES BENZ WEST COVINA! ! I had seen that they had a Mercedes CLA with the specs that I wanted, so prior to coming In I had been in contact with Zaira Gutierrez as she was a ! I had seen that they had a Mercedes CLA with the specs that I wanted, so prior to coming In I had been in contact with Zaira Gutierrez as she was assisting me. I asked Zaira multiple times to please send me videos of the exterior and interior of the car and she never sent any and kept coming up with excuses. I set up an appointment being optimistic, drove 45 mins and when I got to see the car, it had a huge dent on the back and scratches all over the car and of course it made sense why she never wanted to send me any videos of the car because she knew I wouldn't have gone when I saw the dent. She mentioned the car had been detailed and reconditioned to be in its best state and what I saw was the car in its worst state. Zaira was never transparent or honest, and when she called over her Sales Manager Arthur Mkrtchyan all he said was "Buy the car and we will fix it, if not there will be others who will buy the car the way it is" in the most arrogant way - how ridiculous is that. I will never come back to Mercedes Benz of West Covina as they delivered the Worst Customer Service I've ever seen at a dealership!! I should have read the reviews before coming in as others have shared their horrible experiences here. More

He went over inventory, and although the prices were a bit lower elsewhere, he made me feel certain we would get a better deal there. When my sister arrived to the dealer, Arthur Mkrtchyan, a sales manager stepped in the transaction because of a few things we were not content with. He was patient, and gave up plenty of options. Arthur went above and beyond to make our deal happen, and made me look really good for choosing them as an option. After my sister took the car, she had an issue with the tire. Again, they took care of it all. My family and I, have finally found a dealer that matches their customer service to the quality of their cars. More
