Steve makes the car purchase process very pleasurable within an industry known for their hard sales tactics and bait and switch routines. Steve excelled at every aspect of the car buying/leasing process. Steve had superior knowledge of all of the models and in particular the ones I bought and leased. He really made my wife and I very comfortable during the test drive phase, as well as the financing process which we all know can be a difficult process. After the sale, he followed up with me to ensure that I was pleased with the vehicles and encouraged me to contact him should I have any questions or concerns. That is the mark of a true salesman who I would like to consider a "trusted advisor" and a representative who is interested in making me his customer for years to come which he has successfully done. Visit due to headlamp uneven and when the fan is on there is an abnormal motor plastic rubbing noise from the passenger side. Additionally, he knows those cars like the back of his hand, his can tell you exactly what the car does by memory. During my personal review of the car after purchase Mr. McDonald is so thorough, I feel I know the car's features without have read the owner's manual.
