Rian Lui and Phil Carreon have gone out of their way to assist us, and to expedite service time. Our last A service was completed in a little over 1 1/2 hours, and the car wash is an added bonus. I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership, from calling over the phone and telling them about my problem with my car to the time I pick up my car after it got fixed. He did not waste anytime in receiving the car and informed me of the possible things that might be done in my car. He called and informed me a lot of times on the progress or status of the car until it got fixed. He was very professional. This is not the first time I did business with him. He knows how to take good care and make the customer feel special. The car was cleaned and it's been running great. I definitely recommending this leadership to my friends. More

This is the third time that I have brought my car here for service and every time Rian goes above and beyond to ensure that I leave happy. I needed the shuttle service on one of my visits. When he walke for service and every time Rian goes above and beyond to ensure that I leave happy. I needed the shuttle service on one of my visits. When he walked me to the counter to set me up with the shuttle service, the lady at the front desk stated it would be about an hour wait, he saw the look on my face and took me right over to the rental car desk without me even having to ask, and set me up with a Mercedes loaner for the day at no cost. Then my Airbag light kept going off. It was due to some electrical issue that got damaged under the seat that caused the seat belt to malfunction. The service department stated it was not going to be covered under warranty, however, Rian, again, wen t above and beyond to see what other options there could be so that I wouldn’t have to pay the $1k to get it fixed. He came back an hour later and stated to me it was going to be taken care of. Why in the world would I take my car anywhere else for service if there are people like Rian working here to ensure that their customers are taken care of. Thank you Rian! More
